PostVoice Terms

These terms cover the PostVoice review line and review text program ("the Program"), run by winship labs LLC ("we", "us"). PostVoice is a winship labs product that helps businesses collect customer reviews by phone. Each business we work with has its own PostVoice review line, a local number printed on its review card. (866) 369-4422 is our toll-free review line, used to demo PostVoice and for anyone without a card, and it sends every Program text.

1. Program description

When you call a PostVoice review line, you say your review out loud and we turn it into a written review. At the end of the call, we ask if we can text you a link to it. If you say yes, we text you the link from (866) 369-4422 so you can read your review and post it yourself. We may send one reminder if you have not used your link. The Program sends messages about your review only. It does not send marketing or promotional messages, or messages from other companies.

2. The call

Calls are answered by an automated assistant and are recorded and transcribed so we can write up your review. The assistant tells you this at the start of every call. A business's own review line only takes calls: it does not send or receive texts. You can hang up at any time.

3. How you opt in

You opt in on the call. After your review, the assistant asks: “PostVoice can text you a link to your review. That's up to two texts, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Okay?” You join only if you say yes. If you say no, or we can't tell, we don't text you. We only text the number you called from.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 2 messages per review.

5. Costs

Calls to a business's review line are regular local calls, and calls to (866) 369-4422 are toll-free. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for the Program.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to (866) 369-4422 at any time to cancel. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Opting out stops texts about every business's reviews, since they all come from (866) 369-4422. You can also ask us to stop any other reasonable way, such as by emailing ryan@winshiplabs.com, and we will stop within 10 business days. To join again, reply START, or call a review line and say yes when asked.

8. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and is not guaranteed.

9. Eligibility

The Program is for U.S. mobile numbers. You must be the account holder for the number, or have the account holder's permission, and be at least 18 years old.

10. Consent

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and saying no on the call is always fine. Your review is never posted for you: you decide whether to post it.

11. Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If a change affects how we text you, we will tell you by text before it takes effect, and you can opt out at any time.
